Had to change from four stars to 5 star for this reason.
Previous’s review:
Jump house had a small leak that we couldn’t find at our first time blowing it up. My son is 8years and he didn’t seem interested in it. It’s cute and small enough for our little yard but disappointed at the leak for brand new jumper of $200 price tag. I would recommend for kids 7years and younger and small groups. Can’t say how durable it is because I plan to return. Very sad that there was a leak eventhough it is so small that we couldn’t find it; but definitely could hear it. I’ve never done returns for something this large so will come back and comment on return process. But delivery process was fine …only small tears on the box because it was so heavy. I have to use duct tape to tape up the box it came in for this reason. To reinforce the box so it doesn’t burst open upon return🤦♀️
