Their customer service is amazing. I had a slight issue and their customer service
representative fixed it very fast.
Anyway, other than thecharge time and battery life, it's fun to ride....for 45 minutes. The child only gets to enjoy it 45 minutes per day because it'll be the day before the battery is recharged.
