Enjoy free delivery on every order for added convenience.

While no signature is required for free delivery, you can add a signature service during checkout for extra assurance.

Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your orders processed quickly and efficiently.

Orders take 1-2 business days to prepare, and those placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time & Tracking

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them.

We’ll send you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse. If your items have been shipped in separate packages, you’ll receive separate shipping confirmation emails with different tracking numbers, This way you can track each parcel individually. 

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days but may be delayed for unexpected reasons.  

Packages may arrive on different days if you receive multiple tracking numbers.  

Tobbi does not offer express shipping services at this time.

Our free shipping covers the entire continental USA!

Please note that taxes are calculated separately at checkout.  

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within the 48 continental U.S. states.

We do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.

We do not ship outside of the US.

Shipping Multiple Items

No matter how many items you order, shipping is always free!

If your order includes multiple packages, they may arrive on different days, so check your tracking numbers for updates.

Still Waiting for Your Order?

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow a few extra days, especially during busy periods. Our carriers work hard to get your order to you, so check your tracking link for the latest updates.

Lost Package Policy

We understand how frustrating it is to lose a package, but we want to be upfront about our policies.

If a package is delivered to the correct address, FedEx and UPS do not honor claims for lost items. Unfortunately, TOBBI cannot cover such claims.
