Everything works and it will be a great Christmas Present for my Great Grandson.
I have one question, do we have to keep charging the battery until Christmas, or will it be okay without being used, and then do a 12 hour charge again before giving the present to him. Is there any other indication or warning that the battery is low besides just operating the vehicle?
I tried to contact customer service by going through the email that is indicated on the instructions. A phone number was there for me to call. When I did, it said the mailbox was full. . I also did not receive the warranty that I was suppose to receive.
